Courtney Stolte departed her
hometown of Uvalde to attend Texas A&M University and purchased her first
property in Medina County shortly after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration. Her education equips her with a keen attention to
detail and well-honed bookkeeping and accounting skills, while her experience
as Tradeshow Director for seven years with the Texas Trophy Hunters Association
brings the project management, marketing, and negotiation skills required to
coordinate multi-million dollar events in Texas, Alabama, and Arkansas.
As someone who’s experienced many
forms of real estate transactions—from renting and purchasing land to
experiencing new construction and remodeling an older home—Courtney can offer
guidance to a variety of clients as they navigate their sale or purchase.
Mother to two young boys and wife
to a Lieutenant with the San Antonio Fire Department, Courtney’s free time is
rare. She enjoys sports (especially Aggie football), hunting and fishing with
her family. She and her family vacation in Colorado annually.
